REGIONAL COACH MEETING

An African Proverb says “If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to far, go together”.

We want to go far!

That is why we have called on our community to increase the value of our program.

We tapped into your knowledge and the experiences of our start-ups and together consolidated a mid-term roadmap to lift up our offer.

We identified short- and long-term actions needed to move further:

• Facilitate the information flow about and among the members of the community

• Support the start-ups in moving through their first steps into the program

• Make the interactions and processes more user friendly

• Add value to the scale-up program

In October, we would like to share which milestones we achieved, what is ahead of us and once again work together to add a new goal to our plan - with a continuous improvement mindset.
